Liam Matthews, Assistant Property Manager

From a young age, Liam knew he wanted a future in real estate. Raised in Western Sydney, he spent his school holidays travelling with his grandfather, a well respected stock and station agent, around their hometown of Barraba and nearby districts. These early experiences helped shape his strong work ethic and sparked a lasting passion for property.

In late 2022, Liam made the move to Tamworth to pursue his career ambitions. With a solid foundation in retail and hospitality management, he transitioned into real estate, gaining two years of valuable experience with a large stock and station agency, where he worked across livestock and accounts administration.

Liam joined the Elders Real Estate team in October 2025 as a Property Manager. He holds his Certificate of Registration and is currently completing his Certificate IV in Dual Stock & Station and Real Estate.

Dedicated and client-focused, Liam consistently goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding results. He brings energy, attention to detail, and a personable approach to every interaction, striving to make the property management experience seamless for owners, investors, and tenants alike.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys spending time & travelling with his fiancée and their puppy, and working on their property in Somerton.
